Jon is currently the York Space Vice President for DC Operations where he leads the DC office and interfaces with senior executive branch and Congressional leaders. Prior to that, he spent six years at the Senate Intelligence Committee as a professional staff member (PSM) where he was responsible for oversight of space and ground programs at NRO, NGA, and CIA. While in that role, he championed increased investment and integration of U.S. commercial space and analytics capabilities supporting national security missions. Prior to this, he spent sixteen years at the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) where he served in varied roles to include Director - Warfighter Support, National Collection Management Officer for the Near East, and cross portfolio program management of two billion in Geospatial programs. While at NGA, Jon was selected for a joint duty assignment at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI). While there, he led efforts to establish a first ever independent intelligence community requirements process (Intelligence Community Capability Requirements) and led intelligence community efforts defining requirements for overhead satellite procurements for Electro Optical (EO) and Radar. Jon earned a MS in Strategic Resource Management at the Industrial College of the Armed Forces (ICAF) in 2005 where he focused his studies on the Space Industry and an MS in Technology Management from George Mason in 2002. He is a retired Air Force reserve officer where he served primarily as a Sub Saharan Africa Foreign Area Officer (FAO) and deployed to a dozen African nations as an Air Attaché. Jon is married with four children and lives in Haymarket, VA.

Reza Nikfarjam joined the Office of Strategic Capital in early 2024 to establish and co-
lead the Department of Defense's first-ever Title 10 Federal Credit Program. Under his
leadership, OSC launched its inaugural credit tool in under nine months, making nearly
$1 billion in lending capacity available to technology supply chains vital to national
security.

Prior to OSC, Reza spent nearly a decade at the Export-Import (EXIM) Bank of the
United States, primarily in its Project Finance Group, leading domestic and cross-border
debt origination for the global technology sector. His efforts resulted in a pipeline of over
$30 billion in transactional opportunities across 5G, submarine communications,
spacecraft launch and manufacturing, communications satellite and remote sensing
constellations, and manned spaceflight.

Reza began his career at the Bureau of Labor Statistics, conducting economic research for
the Producer Price Index Program. He holds a Master's in Applied Economics and a
Bachelor's in Economics from the University of Maryland

Optical Scientist and Mechanical Engineer with focus on radio antenna design and fabrication. PhD in Optical Science from UArizona in 2019.

Josephine brings more than a decade of experience in investment/equity research following the aerospace industry. Her research coverage has included a wide range of small-to-mid cap Defence and Security Technology companies, such as space (DigitalGlobe and GeoEye), drones (AeroVironment) robots (iRobot), and threat detection. She worked most recently at the Benchmark Company, where she established a Washington D.C. office prior to relocating to Paris, France. She began her equity research career covering Global Communications at JP Morgan. Josephine received her MBA from Georgetown University and bachelor's degree from the University of California, Riverside.

Sho Nakanose is the Founder and CEO of GITAI, the world's leading space robotics startup. He aims to provide safe and affordable labor in space, reducing operational costs to one-hundredth of the current levels.

In March 2024, GITAI achieved a groundbreaking milestone by successfully conducting a technical demonstration outside the International Space Station (ISS), showcasing advanced robotic technologies that promise to change the dynamics of space operations. The company's innovative work has attracted contracts from DARPA, major US space companies, TOYOTA, the Japanese government, JAXA, and others. These partnerships focus on developing and integrating GITAI's robotic systems into various space programs.

Nakanose has been named a key person to watch in the space sector in 2024 by AviationWeek and was selected as one of the awardees by "Innovators Under 35 Japan 2020" hosted by MIT Technology Review. He is proud to be the first Japanese selected for the main program (Global Solutions Program) of Singularity University at NASA Ames Research Center in the US. Prior to founding GITAI, he worked for IBM Japan.
